Shipping & Returns

Returns shall be accepted and calculated within select parameters:-

1. Any return request shall only be taken into consideration if the product received is different from product order placed / if the product seal is open/ broken. In such circumstances, the respective product (s) will be replaced and delivered to you again without any charges. (Pictures of the same will be required)

2. We have a No REFUND POLICY. If we find a fault in our product, we will replace it with a new one without any extra charges.

3. If there's an issue regarding the product's mouth seal, please click a picture of the same intact and mail it to us. (onlyapnaicloud@gmail.com)

4. We will inquire and act accordingly.

5. Return request should be within 5 hours of receiving the respective product.

Shipping policy:-

Only Apna is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and we only guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer registered while placing the order.

At OnlyApna, we ensure that your organic products reach you fresh and on time. Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Delivery timelines are as follows:

• Metro Cities: 2-4 business days

• Tier-2/3 Cities: 4-5 business days

• Rural Areas: 4-6 business days

  Shipping Charges:

  • Free delivery on orders above ₹999.

  • A flat fee of ₹70 is applicable for orders below ₹999.

• Order Tracking:
  Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking link via Whatsapp/SMS to monitor the shipment's status.

• Exceptions and Delays:

  • Unforeseen circumstances like weather disruptions, strikes, or courier partner delays may extend the timeline.

  • Customers will be informed promptly if such situations arise.

• Delivery Areas:
  We currently deliver across most serviceable pin codes in India. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you during checkout.

  Shipping charges are additional. (Extra shipping charges apply during customer checkout on choice of delivery mode)
